This is the 2009 Christmas letter set to video.
In order to keep these videos going, some newer and more stable software was essential. Also, a new Intel Quad-core Pentium based computer took over the duties, so things were finally humming along. Later in the year, Eileen's Compaq desktop PC was also replaced with an even faster, built-from-scratch, AMD computer. So, no more crashes for awhile!
Things were looking up for all the people in the family, too! Another graduation, and by the end of the year, everybody employed.
Travel was picking up as well, of course the best part being Ireland. As you will see late in the clip, the ominous looking transition from Doolin castle to "Misha" (a World War 2 victory memorial in Baikonur) meant it was time to get right back to work again. The unbelievable nature shots were provided by Andrei Nikulin, one of several friends that were to be made on the other side of the world.
Video editing software is Cyberlink Power Director 8.
